Project Overview
raSmith provided site design and civil engineering services to support site improvements at High Point Elementary School and Orland Junior High School as part of multiple projects within Orland Park School District 135. The renovations included the comprehensive reconstruction of an existing parking lot, bus drive, and pedestrian areas to improve safety and failing infrastructure. ADA-compliant upgrades were implemented at the entrances of both schools to improve accessibility. raSmith also assisted with the design of outdoor gathering spaces for students. Significant landscape improvements met the Village of Orland Park code requirements and created a welcoming site.
