Looking to build their first memory care facility in Wisconsin, Silverado Senior Living worked with raSmith’s landscape architecture team to provide site planning and landscape architecture. Located in the city of Brookfield, Wisconsin, the site, courtyard, gardens and overall landscape were designed as inviting spaces for the residents and their loved ones who visit them at this residential facility.

The raSmith team of landscape architects worked closely with Silverado to design a beautiful outdoor courtyard and site landscape that provide views and interest from within the building during all seasons. The bold, colorful plantings are continually changing with a variety of textures and colorful contrast. Other site amenities at Silverado include a putting green, water feature, garden shelter, raised garden beds and a wildflower/butterfly garden.

raSmith has also designed Silverado Senior Living facilities in St. Charles, Illinois; Bellingham, Washington and Glendale, Wisconsin.
