raSmith provided site planning and design, landscape architecture, ecological, traffic services, stormwater management, and surveying services for this 190-unit senior residential community (full buildout) on approximately 35 acres adjacent to the Blackstone Creek Golf Course. The scope of raSmith’s services includes the extension of public sanitary sewer and water main, design of a stormwater detention pond and associated storm sewer system, offsite improvements within Mequon Road, and coordination with the golf course owners for modifications to the existing golf course.
Phase I of the project consists of a 210,400-square-foot, three-story building; a 56,000-square-foot, lower-level garage; and surface parking. Phase II includes a 69,500-square-foot, two-story Brownstones building; 34,750-square-foot lower garage; and surface parking. The senior housing development includes independent living, assisted living and memory care units. The main facility features a 20,000-square-foot town center with a bistro café, chapel, movie theater, shopping market, wellness center, beauty salon and bank/business center.
