Project Overview
Journey21 is an independent residential community for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) in Pabst Farms in Oconomowoc. The project is intended to provide safe, supportive, and independent living options for adults with IDD. The project will include a two-story, 27,000-square-foot condominium building featuring 12 one-bedroom and four two-bedroom units; underground parking and amenity spaces; one- and two-bedroom cottages; and a 10,000-square-foot enrichment center building.
The project’s first phase focused on constructing the enrichment center, a hub for programs, classes, events, and social gatherings. raSmith provided civil engineering, professional land surveying, and landscape architecture design services for the enrichment center and will continue to provide these services for the remaining phases of the project.
