Project Overview
raSmith delivered construction management services for this $2.4 million project along High Point Pass, extending from Holy Hill Road to the railroad tracks in Germantown, Wisconsin. As part of a bigger development plan, this project enhanced transportation infrastructure and supported local economic growth.
The work included: comprehensive construction oversight for site preparation, roadway and utility construction (storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water main), stormwater infrastructure, clearing and grubbing, paving and pedestrian facilities, traffic control (detour), erosion control, unsuitable soils excavation, landscaping, and traffic signal and lighting installation at the intersection of Holy Hill Road and High Point Pass. raSmith also conducted site progress meetings with the Village of Germantown and the contractor to ensure a successful project.
