Project Overview
High Bluff at Creekwood Crossing is a new, 120-apartment home community situated on 28 acres in the village of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This development includes wetlands and two existing ponds that are shared with the adjacent Creekwood Highlands subdivision. The community offers several amenities including private entry townhomes, attached garages, a fitness center, club house, dog park, and high-end designer finishes.
The site design team at raSmith collaborated with Fiduciary Real Estate Development, Inc. to develop these townhome-style apartments. raSmith provided comprehensive services including site planning, civil engineering, land surveying, traffic engineering, a traffic impact analysis (TIA), stormwater management, sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, platting, mass grading, erosion control, private streets, construction staking, and as-built documentation. Additionally, this project required submittals to village, county, and state review agencies for approval.
