Hiawatha National Bank

Plymouth, WI

Project Overview

Hiawatha National Bank is one of only a few banks in the U.S. that has celebrated a century of serving their communities. With full-service branch locations throughout Wisconsin, Hiawatha National Bank sought to expand into the Plymouth community with a new multi-level, 25,158-square-foot headquarters. raSmith’s team of site planners, civil engineers and landscape architects collaborated with The Kubala Washatko Architects to develop this facility, which will be designed to accommodate the needs of all guests.

One of the site’s unique features will be a permeable paver parking lot and a bioinfiltration basin for controlling and detaining stormwater. The new site design will also include an outdoor courtyard and a large greenspace surrounded by gardens for employee gatherings and civic events to engage with the community. The beautiful landscape will be comprised of native trees, evergreens, shrubs and grasses, complementing the unique design of the building and surrounding area.
