Project Overview
raSmith provided site design, survey, structural engineering, landscape architecture, municipal, and transportation services for the new 42,000‑square‑foot, three‑story Educators Credit Union headquarters in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. The headquarters primarily supports corporate operations while also offering a publicly accessible Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) at the front of the site.
Surrounded by protected wetlands, the site design embraces these natural features by using a curved parking layout to maximize the limited buildable area and adding walking paths around the stormwater ponds to bring people closer to the landscape. Stormwater management includes two onsite ponds designed to manage runoff while enhancing the site’s natural aesthetic. A boulevard-style entrance enhances the approach to the building, creating a more grand and inviting experience compared to a standard driveway.
Additional site amenities include a multi-use outdoor sports court for basketball and pickleball, complemented by an adjacent patio for employee recreation and gatherings.
This marks raSmith’s third collaboration with Educators Credit Union.
