Project Overview
42 Hundred on the Lake is a 236-unit luxury apartment building that overlooks Lake Michigan from the shores of St. Francis. Along with the high-end apartment units, residents have access to several community amenities including a two-story clubhouse, two outdoor courtyards, 24-hour complimentary coffee bar, private lounge, business center, game room, fitness center, multiple grilling stations, seating areas, fire pits, bocce ball courts, pet spa, bike-sharing station, lounge areas overlooking Lake Michigan, and an infinity-edge pool surrounded by sun shelves and cabanas.
raSmith provided site civil engineering, permitting, landscape architecture, development coordination and entitlement services, land surveying and wetland delineation for this project.
