John Elkin, P.E.

John has 32 years of WisDOT project design and management experience, including rural and urban roadway design for state trunk highways, interchange design, county highways and local roads, utility design, and enhancements such as bike path feasibility studies and design. Additionally, John has prepared and coordinated the environmental documentation for numerous highway projects. John leads the Transportation Services Division.
