Jason has more than 20 years of experience in project management, municipal engineering, highway and street design, hydraulic analysis, stormwater management, agency permitting, and site development. His experience includes oversight of design, permitting, and construction documents and specifications for municipal infrastructure, stormwater management, detention, and infiltration basin design, as well as street design, sanitary sewer, water main, and land development.
