“Decoding Site Design and Entitlements” will include discussion about how a project’s owner and architects can rely on an experienced team comprising site planners, civil engineers and landscape architects. Attendees will learn how this fully integrated project team will ensure projects move promptly through the entitlement and permitting phase.
Mortensen, PLA, ASLA, is the assistant director of land development services at raSmith, as well as a site planner and landscape architect.
Paul McIlheran
McIlheran, P.E., CPSWQ, is a professional engineer and senior project manager with the firm’s land development services division.
