Project Overview
The team of civil engineers at raSmith provided site design services for the development of this 21,908-square-foot industrial building. raSmith assisted with the on-site grading and drainage along with street improvement plans that included street widening and striping, on-site and off-site utilities, and dedication documents to the City of Ontario. The biggest challenge included the relocation of the utility infrastructure because of the street widening. Additionally, coordinating amongst our team, other design consultants, and the City of Ontario played a crucial role in the success of the off-site improvements and the overall project.
