Downtown Milwaukee’s booming development closely aligns with raSmith’s urban planning and site design services

raSmith has announced the opening of a Milwaukee office in the historic Walker’s Point neighborhood at 221 S. 2nd Street in March 2019.

“We have made the decision to open a Milwaukee office based on two primary factors,” said Richard (Ricky) A. Smith, Jr., president. “First, the increasing amount of urban development in Milwaukee provides opportunities that closely align with raSmith’s areas of expertise. Second, we have received feedback from our clients that a downtown Milwaukee presence would help ensure our interactions are even more efficient. We are looking to expand our existing working relationships and take on new projects with architects, developers and contractors.”
