Prairie Highlands Corporate Park is a 440-acre development that will have manufacturing and healthcare facilities, as well as space for offices and other commercial developments. Construction is currently underway for the new Aurora Health Care ambulatory surgery center and physician office building. Haribo, a German candy company, will also build a manufacturing plant at the business park. Construction for the plant is expected to begin in spring 2019.
