Chris has more than 25 years of experience in land development involving small-scale to large-scale retail, commercial, hospitality, industrial, mixed use and residential projects. He actively participates in the design, planning and construction administration of all civil engineering projects and is a skilled communicator in agency relations and as a client liaison.
