Three-dimensional renderings and animations were prepared for Ener-Con Companies, Inc. to gain project approval for a mixed-used development. The gated community development will consist of six single-family lots, 156 condominiums, a community building and pool. Commercial development includes offices, retail and restaurants. After municipal approval was granted, the animation was retrofitted with a custom narrative and musical accompaniment to assist the client with their sales and marketing efforts.
