Wisconsin's First Core and Shell Pilot Silver LEED® Certification

Received "Wisconsin Sustainability & Energy Efficiency Awards (SE2) Special Citation Award," 2007, Wisconsin Green Building Alliance (WGBA)

Sustainable sitework design, engineering, landscape architectural services, irrigation design and surveying were provided to Liberty Property Trust.

Numerous sustainable design ideas were explored including those which balance environmental and practical benefits, such as designated parking spaces for hybrid cars, providing shade trees in the parking areas to reduce reflective heat and designing a water-efficient irrigation system. The irrigation design saved 50 percent on water use.
