Market analysis services were provided to Racine County Economic Development Corporation (RCEDC) to determine the type of sit-down restaurant that should be built on a particular site. Using GIS, demographic information was compiled and a site analysis prepared. The market analysis included a drive-time analysis, restaurant market potential report and a retail goods and services report. The RCEDC will use the market analysis information to help recruit a restaurant or another retail business best suited for this site.
