Master planning services were provided for the City of Appleton’s Jones Park, the former water treatment plant property along the Fox River and the WE Energies property to be acquired by the City. The plan examines access, visibility, way finding, safety, adaptive reuse of specific existing structures, redevelopment opportunities, alternative park uses, connectivity of the riverfront to downtown Appleton and other elements.
