Construction services were provided for this $5.9 million, urban asphalt reconstruction project. The project included asphaltic pavement reconstruction, added lane capacity expansion, boulevard pavement, new curb and gutter, storm sewer, common excavation, concrete walk, modular block wall, detention ponds, wetland protection, multiple signalized intersections, under drain, base courses and material verification and acceptance and construction staking. There are six separate shopping centers holding over 50 businesses on the east end of this project. The project scope included reviewing all necessary utility work, which encompassed permit application review, field verification, and permit modifications.
