Park Shore - Milwaukee, Wisconsin An 80-acre brownfield on Lake Michigan’s shore was redeveloped into a 1,100-unit, multi-phase, multi-family residential project. An on-site soil management plan was developed and implemented jointly with the environmental consultant.

What We're Working On

R.A. Smith National is providing 3D laser scanning for the replacement of this historic bridge which spans a portion of the Wisconsin River. The structure is comprised of two, 75-foot spans and includes decorative railing and lighting. R.A. Smith National laser scanned the entire bridge and created a full-color, registered point cloud deliverable that will be used by Olson & Nesvold Engineers to design the replacement bridge. [ more ]
