Access and a shared service road at The Shoppes at Brookfield Commons splits this retail center into two multiple-tenant buildings. Site layout and design, surveying, site civil engineering and landscape architectural services were provided for a retail development with unique streetscaping. The site design successfully met a diverse set of interests.
