Time Transport Facility, Village of Caledonia - Racine County, Wisconsin
R.A. Smith National provided a wetland delineation and NR 103 Water Quality Certification permit application for the 19.25-acre proposed trucking facility. The on-site wetland plant communities included a sedge meadow, a fresh (wet) meadow and a farmed wetland. R.A. Smith National worked with the project team to avoid all of the on-site wetlands, with the exception of a small impact area for an entrance road.
