R.A. Smith National Provides Surveying Services to Astar Capital Management for Affordable Housing Projects in Northwest Wisconsin
BROOKFIELD, WIS. – R.A.Smith National (formerly R.A. Smith & Associates and its National Survey & Engineering Division) — civil engineering, planning, surveying, landscape architecture, GIS and 3D visualization consultants — Brookfield, Wis., recently provided surveying services to Astar Capital Management, Madison, for the preparation of ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys for 17 Wisconsin Housing Preservation Corporation (WHPC) low-income, multi-family housing properties located throughout Northwest Wisconsin.
Astar Capital Management provides asset management services to property owners for affordable housing projects for low- and moderate-income households.
