R.A. Smith & Associates Named Top Milwaukee Workplace by “The Business Journal”
BROOKFIELD, WIS. – R.A. Smith & Associates, Inc. — civil engineering, planning, surveying, landscape architecture, GIS and visualization consultants — Brookfield, Wisconsin, and its National Survey & Engineering division have received a “2007 Top Milwaukee Workplaces” award from The Business Journal in the medium-size company category (100 - 1,001 employees).
The Business Journal’s annual awards program provides recognition to firms in southeastern Wisconsin that are great places to work. Companies were selected based on outcomes of an employee opinion survey that measured benefits, compensation and work environment. Sample survey questions looked at workplace issues like trust, open communication and how well people are valued.
The Business Journal will honor award winners on August 10 at a luncheon at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center in downtown Milwaukee.
