National Survey & Engineering’s Silva and Zodrow Attain Certification as Survey Technicians
BROOKFIELD, WIS. – Diego Silva and Shane Zodrow, survey technicians of National Survey & Engineering, a division of R.A. Smith & Associates, Inc. — civil engineering, planning, surveying, landscape architecture, GIS and 3D visualization consultants — Brookfield, Wis., have successfully satisfied the requirements to become certified survey technicians (CST). Silva is a CST II and Zodrow, CST III.
The CST program is designed to recognize those in the surveying profession who have demonstrated the technical competence to perform survey tasks. The designation is provided after passing a six-hour exam and fulfilling a required amount of survey work experience.
The CST designation is a national program sponsored by the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS) and the American Congress in Surveying and Mapping (ACSM). The Wisconsin Society of Land Surveyors (WSLS) is the first organization in Wisconsin to endorse the national CST program.
Silva lives in Milwaukee. Zodrow lives in Brookfield.
