National Survey & Engineering’s Melissa Piaskoski and Richard A. Smith, Jr. Receive Professional Engineer Registration
BROOKFIELD, WIS. – Melissa Piaskoski and Richard A. Smith, Jr., civil engineers of National Survey & Engineering, a division of R.A. Smith & Associates, Inc. — civil engineering, planning, surveying, landscape architecture, GIS and 3D visualization consultants — Brookfield, Wis., have received their Wisconsin professional engineer registration.
Melissa Piaskoski joined National Survey & Engineering’s land development services division in May 2003. She has more than eight years of experience in project engineering and design of commercial and residential site developments. She has a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from University of Wisconsin-Madison. Piaskoski currently resides in Bayview and is a native of Wausau.
Richard A. Smith, Jr. joined National Survey & Engineering’s land development services division in April 2002. He has five years of civil engineering and site design experience in lifestyle center and regional mall site development. Smith has a bachelor’s degree in economics and civil engineering from Northwestern University. In addition to his Wisconsin registration, Smith also obtained his California professional engineer registration in 2006. Smith lives in Elm Grove.
