National Survey & Engineering, a Division of R.A. Smith & Associates, Announces Several Employee Promotions and Professional Registrations

BROOKFIELD, WIS.  – National Survey & Engineering, a division of R.A.Smith & Associates, Inc. — civil engineering, planning, surveying, landscape architecture, GIS and 3D visualization consultants — Brookfield, Wis., announces several employee promotions and professional registrations.

Thomas Bock, land development services division, has been promoted from project manager to senior project manager.Bock has more than 12 years of civil engineering experience including sitework design, permitting and project management for both local and national commercial, shopping mall/retail and residential developments. Bock lives in the city of New Berlin.

Rachel Tranel, land development services division, has been promoted from senior project engineer to project manager.Tranel has more than 11 years of design engineering and construction coordination experience for a variety of town center, shopping mall/retail, commercial and residential developments. Tranel lives in the city of Mukwonago.

David Beck, land development services division, has been promoted from project engineer to project manager. He has 14 years of design and construction coordination experience for a variety of retail, shopping mall and residential developments. He is also a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEEDTM) accredited professional through the U.S. Green Building Council. Beck is a native of the city of Wauwatosa and currently resides in the city of Oconomowoc.

Daphne Odishoo, civil engineer, land development services division, has obtained her Wisconsin professional engineer registration. She has more than five years of experience in site design for retail developments, private onsite wastewater treatment system permitting, sanitary sewer design, construction observation, and geographic information systems (GIS). Odishoo lives in the city of Oconomowoc.
