Heather McNeilly Joins R.A. Smith & Associates, Inc.’s Transportation Division

BROOKFIELD, WIS.  – Heather McNeilly has joined R.A.Smith & Associates, Inc. — civil engineering, planning, surveying, landscape architecture, GIS and 3D visualization consultants — Brookfield, Wis., as a civil engineer in the transportation division.

McNeilly recently obtained her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She has gained highway design experience while working as a co-op student in the transportation division at R.A. Smith & Associates since 2006. McNeilly lives in the city of Milwaukee.
