Andrew Schultz is Promoted to Construction Services Municipal Group Manager
 BROOKFIELD, WIS. – Andrew Schultz of R.A.Smith National (formerly R.A. Smith & Associates and its National Survey & Engineering Division) — civil engineering, planning, surveying, landscape architecture, GIS and 3D visualization consultants — Brookfield, Wis., has been promoted to construction services municipal group manager in the construction services division, reporting to Patrick Zimmer, director of construction services. Schultz was previously a project engineer in the municipal services division.
Schultz is responsible for directing and coordinating construction services supplied to municipal and private development projects. He is also responsible for scheduling a staff of more than 30 construction services professionals.
Schultz recently completed the American Council of Engineering Companies’ (ACEC) Engineering Future Leaders program. The class is focused on leadership and career development to launch the engineering industry’s most promising up and coming professionals into leadership roles.
Schultz is currently the president of the metro chapter of the Wisconsin Society of Professional Engineers (WSPE) and has been actively involved with the organization for the last five years. In 2005 Andy was honored with the “Young Engineer of the Year” award from the former Waukesha Chapter of WSPE.
Schultz has bachelor’s degrees in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He is a registered professional engineer in the state of Wisconsin.
Schultz lives in the village of Eagle.
